We were brief through what is required
to be a IT helpdesk assistance.
After that, we got a 1/2 group discussion,
and then presentation.
We had a little game here and there!
Having 20 mins break
and 1hr 30mins lunch break
and it finished at 4pm.
*I fell down today when i am picking up my handphone*
